SBL Aethiops Merucurialis Mineralisis an effective Homeopathic remedy which is primarily used for the treatment of glandular swellings related to tuberculosis and reduces symptoms related to it including chills in the body with fever and weight loss. • Take 3-5 drops of dilution with 1 teaspoon of water, 3 times a day.
